Commerson LA | Near Qwil Apartments

Republique 

Serving brunch, fresh pastries, lunch, and dinner. Republique is owned by Chef Walter Manzke and Chef Margarita Manzke, husband + wife. Offering a gastronomic environment embodying history and culture. Space features a casual bar and bistro in the front with a more formal dining area located in the back, serving impeccable french-inspired cuisine created daily by the chef.

Kali 

A minimalist and chic space with contemporary California cuisine plus subpar wine selection. Qwil’s favorite picks on the menu are the Beet Tartar, the Pork Loin, Wheat Berry Risotto (Trust us, it’s incredible), and the Bass Crudo.

Commerson 

A neighborhood hotspot near your Qwil apartment with a buzzy bistro feel. Commerson is a french brasserie led by Chef Sashca Lyon. We are very excited too, their happy hour is back from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM! You can not pass up a $9 cocktail. Their menu is filled with delicious options from Short Rib and Bacon Ragu, escargot to fresh oysters. Definitely a spot to check out!
